Barbara Jean Shoup Hilton

Great Falls Mrs. Barbara Jean Shoup Hilton, 69, died Monday, September 14, 2020 at her home. A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, September 19, 2020 at Trinity Baptist Church with Rev. Chase Catledge officiating. Interment will be private. Mrs. Hilton was born April 26, 1951 in Franklin PA, and was a daughter of the late William A. Shoup and Virginia Mae Johnson Shoup. She was a 1969 graduate of Keystone High School in Knox, PA and was an office manager for Keistler Engineering Firm. Barbara served on the Great Falls City Council for four years, was an avid reader and loved going to the beachbutmost of all she loved her grandchildren. Mrs. Hilton was a member of Trinity Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband John Hilton; four daughters, Marcy Benson and Christy Schruers of Fort Mill, SC, Jodie Jenkins (Jay) of Lancaster, SC and Tracy Vaughn of Surfside Beach , SC; ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one sister Janice Wilson of Emlenton, PA ; one aunt Pattie Librizzi of Seneca, PA and several nieces and nephews.
