Richburg Mrs. Catherine Ruth JesseeGarner, 59, died April 12, 2013, at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill.The funeral service will beheld at 11:00 AM on Monday, April 15, 2013 at Second Baptist Church of Great Falls with Rev. Zack Williams, Rev. Roy Puckett, and Rev. James Freeman officiating.Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery in Chester. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Sunday, April 14, at Dantzler-Baker Funeral Home, 26 Underwood Ave., Great Falls, SC and other times at the home at 3872 Appaloosa Ridge, Richburg, SC. Mrs. Garner was bornMarch 8, 1954 in Jonesville, Virginia and was a daughter of the late Kenneth Jessee and Sue Roberts Jessee.She attended the schools of Great Falls, was formerly employed with J.P. Stevens, and a member of Second Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband of more than 42 years, Johnny Lester Garner, Sr.; her children, Karen Garner Waters and husband Russell, Stacey and Danny Jessee, and Johnny L. Garner, Jr. and wife Patricia; nine grandchildren, Rusty, Todd, Courtney and Dylan Waters, Jonathan Caskey, Catherine Flowers, Jamie Craig, Jr., Luke Craig, and Eric Garner; four great-grandchildren, Seth,Katelyn, Braydon, and McKinley Waters; one sister, Judy Bratcher and husband Rico;two brothers, Boyd Wayne Jessee and wife Cindy, and John Lewis Jessee and wife Brooke.
