Heath Springs Rebecca Diane Hopkins Christmas, 64, died September 23, 2015 at Carolinas Medical Center. A graveside service will be held 10:00 am on Monday, September 28, 2015 at Camp Creek United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Hampton Hinson and Rev. Mike Catoe officiation. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:30 PM on Friday, September 25, 2015 at Dantzler-Baker Funeral Home. Born November 20, 1950 in Lancaster, SC, she was a daughter of Martha Bell Guise of Heath Springs, SC, and the late Olin Hopkins. Mrs. Christmas graduated from Lancaster High School and was employed by Tyson Foods and Springs Industries. She was a member of Camp Creek United Methodist Church in Lancaster, SC and she attended The Church of God, Great Falls, SC. She is survived by husband of 46 years Herbert L. Christmas; two daughters, Michelle Christmas of Heath Springs, SC and Karen D. Beckham of Lancaster, SC; two grandchildren, Melony Beckham and Billy Beckham of Lancaster; two brothers, Rick Hopkins and Russell Hopkins of Heath Springs; and one sister, Rhonda Jones of Heath Springs.
