GREAT FALLS, SC Mr. Allen “Shane” McMurray, 34, of 5507 Old Winnsboro Road, died Saturday, June 27, 2009. A memorial service will be held 4:00 P.M. Tuesday, June 30, 2009 at Tabernacle Ministries with Reverend Kenneth Compton and Reverend Roger Knight officiating. Born April 1, 1975 in Chester, SC, Mr. Murray was the son of Deborah Jenelle Lee McMurray and the late Billy Eugene McMurray.He attended Tabernacle Ministries and the schools of Great Falls and was employed with Smith Roofing Company. Surviving in addition to his mother are two daughters, Breanna McMurray and Kaylee McMurray both of the home;one brother, Billy McMurray of Great Falls, SC; two sisters, Lisa Thompson of Rock Hill, SC and Sheila James of Great Falls, SC and one very special cousin, Thomas Robbins of Great Falls, SC. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Monday at Dantzler-Baker Funeral Home, 26 Underwood Avenue, Great Falls.
