Rock Hill Mrs. Ann West Hammons, 80, died October 22, 2020, at the Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House.A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, October 24, at Greenlawn Cemetery, Hwy 21, Great Falls, SC with Rev. Jim Stackhouse and Rev. Mike Leonhardt officiating.The family will receive friends at the graveside immediately following the service. Mrs. Hammons was born October 29, 1939 in Kershaw County, SC and was a daughter of the late George West and Loutee West.She was a graduate of Great Falls High School.Mrs. Hammons was a homemaker and also worked at Jones’ Grocery for several years. She is survived by one daughter, Lisa Davenport (Bob) of Rock Hill; one grandson, Brandon Armakovitch (Tiffany) of Rock Hill; two great grandchildren, Katelyn Armakovitch and Hunter Armakovitch both of Rock Hill.Mrs. Hammons was preceded in death by her husband, James Hammons; a son, Jamey Hammons; three sisters and two brothers.
