Anna Theresa Andreone Dantzler

Rock Hill Anna Theresa Andreone Dantzler, 95, died Thursday, January 24, 2019, at her home. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM Sunday, January 27, 2019, at Forest Hills Cemetery in Rock Hill, SC. Interment will follow in Forrest Hills Cemetery, 4290 Old York Rd. Rock Hill, SC 29732. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the graveside, and other times at the home. Mrs. Dantzler was born March 10, 1923 in Brooklyn, NY and was a daughter of the late Angelo Andreone and Margaret Long. She was a graduate of the schools of Brooklyn, NY and was retired from Acme Name Plate as a supervisor. Mrs. Dantzler was a member of First Baptist Church in Great Falls, SC. She was first and foremost a devoted wife and mother, grandmother and great grandmother and is survived by one son, Glenn Dantzler of Richburg, SC; one daughter, Beverly Osborne (Stanley) of Rock Hill, SC ; three grandchildren, Melissa Belk, (Robby) , Elizabeth Long, (Timmy and Jack Dantzler (Lauren) all of Rock Hill, SC; seven great grandchildren, Ashland Lawton, Preston Belk, Cameron Belk, Wesley Long, Jad Dantzler, Jaison Dantzler and Copelan Dantzler; two sisters, Eleanor Andreone , and Dorothy Mascialino, both of Brooklyn, NY; loving niece Julie Ferrell of Rock Hill, SC. Mrs. Dantzler was preceded in death by her husband Arthur “Med” Medicus Dantzler; four brothers, Arthur, John “Jack”, Alfred “Buster” and Harry Andreone; two sisters, Gloria and Grace Andreone.
