Richburg Mr. Anthony Ross "Tony" Ferrell, 54, of Richburg died Sunday, January 3, 2010 at his home.A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, January 6, 2010 at Tabernacle Ministries Church, 4500 Great Falls Hwy., Great Falls, SC with Rev. Kenneth Compton officiating. Born in Chester, SC on May 3, 1955, he is a son of Ruby Jean Lavender Ferrell Roof and the late Ebbie Ross Ferrell.He was formerly employed by Great Falls Police Department and Coley Amusement Machines.He was a graduate of the schools of Chester County and a member of Tabernacle Ministries Church. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Brenda B. Ferrell; three sons, Anthony R. Ferrell, Jr. of Great Falls, Eric J. Ferrell and Joe C. Ferrell both of Richburg; two sisters, Dian F. Perry and Crystal F. Banks both of Great Falls; one brother, Eric D. Ferrell of Chester.
