Ashley Leigh Craig

Ashley Leigh Craig, 37, died Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at her home.  Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, June 27, 2024, at Hebron Presbyterian Church with Rev. Jim Williams officiating.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Hebron Presbyterian Church and  immediately following the interment in the Church.

Ashley was born November 16, 1986 in Charlotte, NC and was a daughter of Pamela Jean Maddox Ferrell and Brian Craig.  She was a graduate of Trinity Christian School in Rock Hill and also York Tech.

Ashley was currently employed with McAlister’s Deli in Rock Hill.  She was a member of Hebron Presbyterian Church.  Ashley was an avid softball player and cross country runner when she was in high school.  She also loved gymnastics and was an avid NASCAR fan and enjoyed watching the old Billy Graham crusades.  She studied oceanography and absolutely loved the beach.  She also enjoyed reading and music.  Ashley was a very caring and outgoing person who loved doing things for others.  Giving to others was a way of life for Ashley, she was a routine blood and platelet donor.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her stepfather, Ebbie Ferrell of Richburg; a stepsister, Anna Miller (Michael) of Lockhart; her grandmother, Janice Beer Carlton of Richburg, SC, several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.  Ashley was preceded in death by her step- grandfather, Gary Carlton.
