Lancaster, SC Mrs. Nannie Asylee McManus Ricks, 84, died Friday, June 5, 2015, at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC.The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Wednesday, June 10, 2015, at Dantzler-Baker Funeral Home, 26 Underwood Ave., Great Falls, SC.Other services and interment will be private. Mrs. Ricks was born December 28, 1930 in Lancaster County, SC and was a daughter of the late John W. and Elizabeth McManus.She attended the schools of Lancaster County and was a homemaker.Mrs. Ricks loved nature and enjoyed fellowship with others.She was a member of Providence Baptist Church. She is survived by one daughter, Kathy Sue Stein and fiancé Billy Waddell of Chesnee, SC and one brother, Kelly McManus of Buford, SC.Mrs. Ricks was preceded in death by eight sisters and seven brothers.
