Great Falls, SC: Mrs. Barbara Ann Gallman Roof, 65, died Saturday, February 27, 2016 at the home of her daughter in Clyde, NC.The funeral service will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at Dantzler-Baker Funeral Home with Rev. Michael Shaffer officiating.The interment will be in Greenlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6:00 – 8:00 PM Monday, February 29, 2016 at Dantzler-Baker Funeral Home. Born February 10, 1951 in Lancaster, SC, Mrs. Roof was the daughter of the late James E. and Bernice Dickerson Gallman.She was a graduate of the schools of Chester County and York Technical College.She formerly worked with Eberts Sportwear in Great Falls.She was a loving mother, grandmother and a great sister.In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Conrad Roof, Sr., three brothers, Donald, Elbert and Bobbie Dean Gallman. She is survived by one daughter, LeeAnn Abercrombie (Joe) of Clyde, NC, two sons, Richard Roof, Jr of Great Falls, SC and Todd Wyatt (Amy) of Chester, SC; five grandchildren, Josie Albercrombie, Deanna Roof, Eric Lee, Garrison Wyatt and Nathan Wyatt; one great granddaughter, Allison Lee; two sisters Joverl “Mama Jo” Ott (Gerald) of Winnsboro, SC and Mary “Cookie” Thompson (Roger Dale) of Camden, SC.
