Mrs. Barbara Ann Carter Smith, 70, died Sunday, January 3, 2021 at Providence Health in Winnsboro, SC.A Graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday January 19, 2021 at Greenlawn Cemetery, Great Falls with Reverend Chase Catledge officiating. The family request attendees please wear a face mask and practice social distancing. Mrs. Smith was born December 1, 1950 in Lancaster, SC and was a daughter of the late John Wesley Carter and Jessie Varnadore Carter.She was a graduate of Lancaster High School and was a homemaker. Mrs. Smith was a member of Trinity Baptist Church where she was a member of the hostess committee. She is survived by her husband Stanley Smith; one son Stanley Todd Smith (Michelle) of Great Falls; and two granddaughters, Meredith and Madelyn Smith.
