Rock Hill, SC Mrs. Barbara Emmaline Diggs Taylor, 76, died Saturday, November 23, 2013 at Uni Health in Rock Hill, SC.A graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at Greenlawn Cemetery in Great Falls, SC with Rev. Timothy Snipes officiating.The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the graveside. Born March 26, 1937 in Chester, SC, Mrs. Taylor was the daughter of the late William David Diggs and Willie Mae Roof Diggs.She attended the schools of Chester County and was retired from textiles and was of the Christian faith. She is survived by her husband of over forty-three years Charlie A. Taylor of the home in Great Falls, ; one daughter, Vickie T. Sutton and her husband Greg; three grandchildren, Kristen N. Snipes and her husband Dustin , Zayn Sutton and Reese Sutton all of Lancaster, SC.
