Bertie Ann Tucker Hinson

Bertie Ann Tucker Hinson, 85, went home to be with her Lord Monday, July 22, 2024.  A graveside service will be held at Faith Baptist Church Cemetery at 2:00 PM Wednesday, July 24, 2024 with Rev. Derrick Neal and Rev. Vernell Chappell officiating.

Mrs. Hinson was born August 3, 1938 in Union, SC a daughter of the late Fletcher and Hazel Tucker.  She was the wife of the late Rev. Hampton Hinson for 61 years.  Mrs. Hinson loved her family and her church family.  She was a member of The Church of God.  She played many instruments and loved to sing gospel music.

Mrs. Hinson is survived by her two children, Randy Hinson (Deanna) and Lesia Allen; her daughter-in-law, Kris Hinson; eight grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and three sisters-in-law.  In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Raymond Hinson; and all her siblings, Nettie Bowers, Billy Tucker, Buddy Tucker, Merle Tucker, Earl Tucker and Velma Mackey.
