GREAT FALLS, SC Mrs. Betty Jean Holt Plyler, 82, went to be with the Lord Saturday, November 16, 2013 .A graveside service will be held11:00 a.m. Monday, November 18, 2013 at Greenlawn Cemetery in Great Falls, SCwith Reverend David Inman officiating.The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.muntil 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 18, 2013 at Dantzler-Baker Funeral Home, Great Falls, SC. Born March 2, 1931 in Great Falls, SC, Mrs. Plyler was a daughter of the late Benjamin Dewey Holt and Sara Viola Valentine Blackwell.She attended the schools of Great Falls and was a member of Trinity Baptist Church.Mrs. Plyler was a homemaker, seamstress and also enjoyed working with a Chester Florist. She is survived by a daughter, Terrie P. Robinson and her husband Jimmy of Lancaster, SC; a brother, Richard Holt and his wife Karen of Wilmington, Delaware and a sister, Diane H. Morrison and her husband Richard of Carlisle, SC.She was preceded in death by her husband Henry Lee Plyler and a brother Gene Holt.
