Fort Lawn Ms. Candace Leigh Dry, 20, died Tuesday, November 17, 2015, at her home.Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM on Friday, November 20, 2015, at Mt. Zion Baptist Church with Rev. Marty Roberts and Rev. Andy Simpson officiating.Interment will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, November 19, at Dantzler-Baker Funeral Home, 26 Underwood Ave., Great Falls, SC. Candace was born December 2, 1994 in Rock Hill, SC and was a daughter of Michael Eugene Dry and Tammy Sims Dry.She was a graduate of Great Falls High School where she was a cheerleader and was formerly employed by Carolina Adventure World.Candace was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church where she was a member of the youth group known as Team 4:12. In addition to her parents, she is survived by one daughter, Arabella Eden Dry of Fort Lawn; two brothers, Phillip Dry (Megan) of Great Falls and Zack Dry (fiancée, Katie) of Fort Mill; two nephews, Kannon and Bryson Dry of Great Falls; one niece, Parker Dry of Fort Mill; and maternal grandfather, Jesse Sims of Great Falls.She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Phyllis Trotter Sims and her paternal grandparents, Frank and Betty Watkins Dry.
