Charles Ban

Great Falls Mr. Charles Ban, 87,died Sunday, July 1, 2018 at Veterans Victory House in Walterboro, SC. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AMThursday, July 5 at Greenlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10 AM to 10:45 AM at Dantzler-Baker Funeral Home. The service will be officiated by Elder John Barfield. He was born September 3, 1930 in Fairfield County, and was a son of the late Joe Ban and Pauline Jeffers Ban. Mr. Ban attended the schools of Fairfield County, was retired from Hobart and Whirlpool Corporation. He was a Veteran of the Korean War. Mr. Ban is survived by one son, Johnny Keith Ban (Angie) of Great Falls; one daughter, Patti Brissey ( Ronald) of Beach Island.; one step-son , Jackie Geddings(Mary) of Lancaster; one step-daughter, Janice Poston (Larry) of Elgin; nine grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; one brother, Jerry Ban (Jeanette) of Lumber City, Ga.
