Great Falls Mrs. Chiella Mims Granger, 90, passed away Friday, May 16, 2014, at White Oak Manor in Lancaster.Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, May 18, 2014, at Second Baptist Church with Rev. Zack Williams and Rev. Gary Lockee officiating.Interment will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Saturday, May 17, at Dantzler-Baker Funeral Home, 26 Underwood Ave., Great Falls, SC. Mrs. Granger was born February 10, 1924 in York County, SC and was a daughter of the late James Jasper Mims and Maggie Price Mims and the widow of Ralph James Granger, Sr. She attended the schools of Great Falls and retired from J.P. Stevens Company.Mrs. Granger was a member of Second Baptist Church. She is survived by three daughters, Dianne Garner of Boiling Springs, Rhonda Jones of Great Falls, and Crystal Trotter and husband Tony of Great Falls; two sons, Gary Granger and wife Kay of Great Falls, and Michael Granger of Blackstock; thirteen grandchildren; twenty-five great grandchildren; and one sister, Coree Oxendine and husband Robert of North, SCShe was preceded in death by a son, Ralph James Granger, Jr. Memorials may be made to Greenlawn Cemetery, P.O.
