Christian Ray Hunter

Christian Ray Hunter, 21, died Saturday, April 19,2025. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM, Thursday, April 24, 2025 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church with Rev. Luke Dickson and Rev. Chuck Evans officiating. Interment will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 3:00 Thursday also at the church.

Christian was born January 13, 2004 in Rock Hill, SC and was the son of  Mary Elizabeth Norsworthy and Jeffrey Donald Hunter.  He was a graduate of Great Falls High School and was employed with Pinebrook Foundry as a molder. Christian was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved the outdoors. He enjoyed life and spending time with his friends and bringing laughter and joy to others. He was most proud of his letter he received from President Trump. He was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church.

In additon to his mother and father and his stepfather Kenny Capps, he is survived by three sisters, Breanna Hunter, Brooke Black and Sara Capps all of Great Falls, SC; grandparents, Billy and Pat Norsworthy of Great Falls, SC; nephews, Brandon ‘BB’ Black, Grayson and Dawson Roberts.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Willie Mae and Joe Smith; grandmother, Jewel Jessee; Uncles Chris Brown and Billy Ray Norsworthy, Jr.
