Great Falls Mr. Christopher James Sistare, 35, died Sunday, November 29, 2020, at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte. A graveside service will be held at 3:00 PM Thursday, December 3, 2020 at Greenlawn Cemetery with Rev. Henry Adams officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM Thursday, December 3 at Dantzler-Baker Funeral Home. Please wear a mask and practice social distancing. Mr. Sistare was born September 13, 1985 in Lancaster, SC and was the biological son of Lloyd Pate and Susan Sistare.He was a graduate of Great Falls High School and was employed with Campbell’s Snacks in Charlotte.Chris was an avid outdoorsman. He loved hunting and fishing. He was a proud family man, a great friend to many and would lend a helping hand whenever needed. He truly lived life to the fullest!! In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Christen Taylor Sistare; one daughter, Chloe Sistare; one brother, Bobby Sistare (Chrissy) of Lancaster; and three sisters, Christine Martin (Patrick) of Walhalla, Amanda Humphries (Michael) of Lancaster and Amber Sistare (Alex) of Shreveport, LA; and his paternal grandparents, Billy and Frances Pate.Chris was preceded in death by his grandparents (adopted parents), Brown and Daphine Sistare.
