Great Falls Mr. Coy Holland Mackey, 79, died Friday, March 2, 2012, at National Healthcare in Lexington.A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, March 5, 2012 at Greenlawn Cemetery with Rev. Roland Dry officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 10:45 AM on Monday, March 5, at Dantzler-Baker Funeral Home, 26 Underwood Ave., Great Falls, SC. Mr. Holland was born May 31, 1932 in Great Falls and was a son of the late Ellie Minor Mackey and Thelma Hopper Mackey.He attended the schools of Great Falls and served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean War.He was retired from Springs Industries in Fort Mill and later worked for Lance, Inc.He was affiliated with Inspiration Baptist Church of Rock Hill. He is survived by several nieces and nephews and was preceded in death by two sisters, Betty Mackey Satterfield and Donnie Mackey Harmon.
