David Eugene Love

Richburg Mr. David Eugene ”Slick” Love, Sr. died Thursday, December 23, 2021 at Piedmont Medical Center. Funeral services will be held 3:00 PM, Sunday, December 26, 2021 at Trinity Baptist Church with Rev. Chase Catledge officiating. Interment will follow at LandoCemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Trinity Baptist Church. Mr. Love was born in January 14, 1944 in Chester County and was a son of the late Will Love and Rhoda Lee Love. He attended the schools of Chester County and was formerly employed with Springs Industries. He was a member of Trinity Baptist Church. David was an avid lover of the outdoors and loved hunting and fishing. He is survived by his wife Sara Ernandez Love; one son David Love, Jr. (Tracy) of Richburg, SC; one daughter, Rhonda Hopkins (Cliff) of Richburg, SC; one sister, Betty Odom of Chester, SC; four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
