Great Falls Mrs. Dorothy Dean Stanley Lipford, 63, died Thursday, April 12, 2012 at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill.A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, April 16, 2012 atDantzler-Baker Funeral Home, 26 Underwood Ave., Great Falls, SC with Rev. Greg Batchelor officiating.Interment will be private. Mrs. Lipford was born January 28, 1949 in Marshall County, Alabama and was a daughter of the late Willie Vester Stanley and Hattie Lee Forbear Stanley.She attended school in Alabama and was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband, David Lipford; four sons, Kenneth Simmons of Alabama, Edwayne Simmons of Columbia, Raymond Tillman of Columbia, and David Lipford of Great Falls; two daughters, Tiffany Lipford of Great Falls and Wanda Simmons of Alabama; two brothers, Wayne Stanley of Taylor, SC and Richard Stanley of Alabama; and one sister, Linda Gray of Great Falls.She was preceded in death by a brother, Winford Stanley and a sister, Frances McDaniel.
