Great Falls Mr. Eddie Woodrow Waters, age 75, formerly of Great Falls died December 17, 2009 at Avante Nursing Center in Charlotte, NC.Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, December 21, 2009 at Dantzler-Baker Funeral Home, 26 Underwood Ave., Great Falls, SC with the Rev. Dale Walters officiating.Interment will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery in Great Falls. Born June 25, 1934, he was the son of the late John Thomas and Alma Jordan Waters.He retired from J.P. Stevens Co. and served in the U.S. Army in Korea where he received the Purple Heart.He attended the schools of Great Falls and was a member of Second Baptist Church of Great Falls.He is survived by one daughter, Alisha Deneen Wade of Lockhart, SC; two sons, Vance W. Burdette of Rock Hill, SC and Jamie Waters of Lockhart, SC; and one sister, Dalline Lebonville of Charlotte, NC.
