Frances Arnette Shannon

Frances Arnette Shannon, born on February 7, 1934, passed away peacefully on April 29, 2025, at the age of 91. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Howard Shannon, and her son, Michael Bennett.

Frances is survived by her three devoted sons: Martin Bennett (Heather Bennett), Terry Bennett (Martha Hancock), and Craig Shannon (Gloria Shannon). She also leaves behind six cherished grandsons: Michael Bennett, Chris Shannon, Terry Bennett Jr., Michael Shannon, Robert Bennett, and Steven Bennett, as well as eight adored great-grandchildren.

Frances was an extraordinary mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was not only a pillar of strength for her family but also a best friend to many, especially her children and grandchildren. Her love for her family was evident in everything she did. Frances was known for her dedication and hard work, qualities that she instilled in her family. She loved golfing and cooking, as well as caring for others. She took every opportunity to be supportive of all of those that she loved and cared for and never left a doubt in the mind of any of those that she cherished how much she cared for them.

Her legacy of love, kindness, and dedication will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

A celebration of Frances's life will be held at a later date, where family and friends will gather to honor and remember her remarkable life.
