Harold Nathan Williams

Harold Nathan Williams, 86, died Monday, June 8, 2026 at his home with his family by his side. Harold was born April 22, 1940 in York County to the late Shula C. Williams and Inez McAteer. He was married to the late Lucille Outen for 25 years.

Harold was retired from the Leory plant after 25 years of service where he was a weaver and supervisor.  He also worked as a painter.  He loved going to the beach every chance he could with his family. Harold also loved puzzles and taking his kids and grandkids hunting and going to Flo Mase where he enjoyed dancing. He was a devoted Christian and an active member of Trinity Baptist church where he attended with his special friend Mary Moss.

Harold is survived by a brother Belvin Williams and his sister Ila Hartis, a grandson Jason Boone (Hilisha) and a granddaughter Elizabeth Moseley (Billy); six great grandchildren Layton, Ashby, Auden Boone, Jacob and Makenzie Steven’s and Oakley Moseley all of Lancaster, SC He was preceded in death by his first wife of 25 years, Mary Lucille Outen Williams and his second wife Mary Jane Crimmergner Williams; daughter, Susan W. Moseley; son Lynn Nathan Williams and two brothers, Tim and Westel Wiliams. 

Mr. Williams will be cremated, and the family will receive friends this Friday June 12, 2026 from 5-7pm at his home 1078 Antioch Circle in Lancaster.
