Great Falls Mr. Henry Mack Baker, 81, died Thursday, March 3, 2011 at Palmetto Health Richland.The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, March 6, 2011 at First Baptist Church of Great Falls with Rev. Greg Batchelor officiating.Interment will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 7:30 PM on Saturday, March 5, 2011 at Dantzler-Baker Funeral Home, 26 Underwood Ave., Great Falls, SC. Mr. Baker was born on May 29, 1929 in Winnsboro, SC and was a son of the late George P. Baker and Lillian Branham Baker.He attended the schools of Great Falls, was retired as an over hauler in the textile industry, and a member of First Baptist Church and Charlie’s Sunday School class.He was an avid golfer. He is survived by his wife, Betty Boone Baker; three daughters, Patsy Gainer and her husband Glenn and Wanda Morris and her husband Kyle both of Lancaster, and Lisa Faile of Great Falls; five grandchildren; two great grandchildren; two sisters, Dot Smith of Greenville, SC and Helen Roberts of Great Falls; and one brother, Rudolph Baker of Great Falls.
