GREAT FALLS, SC: Mr. Howell Isaac “Freck” Ellis, 91, died Saturday, May 30, 2015 at Fairfield Health Care in Ridgeway, SC.A graveside service will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at Westside Cemetery in Lancaster, SC.The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the graveside. Born June 14, 1923 in Gill Creek, SC, Mr. Ellis was the son of the late Jessie and Beaula Knight Ellis.He was a graduate of Great Falls High School and retired from the Town Of Great Falls as a Lab Technician with the Waste Water Treatment Plant.Freck was a caring and giving man.He believed in helping others.He was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist World Church. He is survived by his nephew and caregiver Steve Walters and his wife Jane of Blackstock, SC.
