James Cletis Hinson, Jr.

Mr. James Cletis “Bebo” Hinson, Jr., died Saturday, December 13, 2025 at his home. A celebration of life gathering will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, December 20, 2025 at the home of his daughter Holly.

Mr. Hinson was born September 8, 1958, in Chester, SC and was the son of the late James Cletis Hinson and Annie Faye Crouch Hinson. Bebo attended the schools of Great Falls and was retired. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved hunting and fishing and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his four daughters, Holly Hammons (Stuart) of Fort Lawn, SC, Donna Hinson (Travis Carver) of Chester, SC, Anna Ireland (Drew) of Venice, FL, and Jessica Hinson of Greer, SC ; seven grandchildren, Jacob (Autumn), Elizabeth (Nicholas) , Braxton, Emily , Nathan, Oliver, and Alan; one great-granddaughter, Lilah Wren; two brothers, Ronnie and Danny; five sisters, Judy, Sandra, Sharon, Debbie and Jackie; numerous nieces and nephews.
