James Richard Nunnery

Great Falls Mr. James Richard Nunnery, 74, died Sunday, October 31, 2021 at MUSC Health Lancaster. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at Greenlawn Cemetery with Rev. John David Wilson officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the graveside at other times at the home, 228 Raintree Road, Great Falls, SC 29055. Mr. Nunnery was born January 13, 1947 in Chester County and was a son of the late Roy Nunnery and Mabel Dixon Nunnery. He was a graduate of Great Falls High School and was a retired press operator at Georgia Pacific. He was a member of First Baptist Great Falls. He is survived by his spouse Joann Nunnery; two sons, James Nunnery Jr. (Candace) who is serving in the US Marines and Justin Mahaffee (April) of Great Falls, SC; six grandchildren; he was preceded in death by one daughter, Dana Nunnery McIsaac and one son Dwain Mahaffee.
