Winnsboro Mr. James Thomas Hinson, 52, died Friday, March 22, 2013, at his home.The funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm Monday, March 25, 2013 at Dantzler-Baker Funeral Home with Reverend William Smith officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM Monday,March 25, 2013 at Dantzler-Baker Funeral Home Mr. Hinson was born May 24, 1960 in Chester, SC and was the son of Thomas Leroy Hinson and Joverl Gallman Ott.He attended the schools of Great Falls and was retired from Caskey Construction. He is survived by his mother and step-father, JoVerl and Gerald Ott of Winnsboro; his father and step-mother, Tony and Alice Hinson of Selma, Alabama; his wife, Teresa Erdy Hinson of Rock Hill; one brother, Jack Olin Hinson and wife Liz of Rock Hill; four sisters, Wendy Payne and Cheryl Johnson both of Winnsboro, Tammy Hinson of Mississippi, and Renee Hinson of Alabama; a step-daughter, Ashley Hinson; two grandchildren, Cody and Caleb; and numerous aunts and uncles.He was preceded in death by a step-brother, Gerald Wayne Ott.
