Mrs. Jeanette Ellis Brasington, 66, died Sunday, October 24, 2010 at her residence. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, October 26, 2010 at Second Baptist Church with the Reverend Ronnie Owensofficiating. The interment will be in Greenlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Monday, October 25, 2010 at Dantzler-Baker Funeral Home. Born January 8, 1944 in Lancaster County , Mrs Brasington was a daughters of the lateOdell and Pearlie Gardner Ellis. She attended the schools of Lancaster county and was a member of Second Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband William L. Brasington of the home; two daughters, Wanda B. Harris and husband Chris of Great Falls, Susan B. Jacobs and husband Eric of Tega Cay; Three grandchildren, Erin and Chloe Harris of Great Falls, and George Francis Jacobs, III of Tega Cay; Four sisters, Linda E. Knight of Pageland, Mary Ann Morgan and Pearlie Mae Morgan both of Kershaw, and Judy E. Owens of Westville, SC. She was preceded in death by a brother Neal Thomas Ellis and a sister Nancy Sims.
