Blackstock Mr. Jeffrey Carson Powers, 47, died Wednesday, December 6, 2017, at his home.All services will be private. Mr. Powers was born January 6, 1970 in York County, SC.He was a graduate of Great Falls High School class of 1988.Mr. Powers was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force having served during the Gulf War. He is survived by his mother and step-father, Susan Wrenn Duncan and Jesse Duncan of Great Falls; one sister, Jennifer Evans of Fort Mill; one niece, Kaitlyn Evans of Fort Mill; and his grandmother, Dollie Roberts of Great Falls.
