Great Falls Mrs. JoAnn Hill Smith died Thursday, February 3, 2022 at her home. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at Evangel Temple Church and they will leave the church at 1:00 PM for a graveside service at Greenlawn Cemetery.. Mrs. Smith was born April 28, 1949 in Great Falls, SC and was the daughter of the late Thomas Hill and Thelma Hallman Hill. She was a graduate of Great Falls High School and formerly employed with Springs Industries and JP Stevens as a spooler and sewing machine operator. She is survived by her husband Ronald Smith; one son Derrick Smith (Brandon); two daughters, Teresa Carter and Lisa Taylor (Matt) all of Great Falls, SC; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
