Great Falls Mrs. Juanita Trotter Looper, 92, died Sunday, February 9, 2020, at White Oak Manor in Lancaster.A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, February 13, 2020, at Trinity Baptist Church with Rev. Chase Catledge, Mr. Charles Haynes and Mr. D.V. Lewis officiating.Interment will be private.The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Tuesday, February 11, at her home and from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM Thursday at Trinity Baptist Church, 112 Chester Ave., Great Falls, SC. Mrs. Looper was born May 21, 1927 in Chester County, SC and was a daughter of the late Wylie Burns Trotter and Marie Webster Trotter.She attended the schools of Great Falls and was retired from J.P. Stevens Co.Mrs. Looper was a member of Evangel Temple Assembly of God. She is survived by one son, Wayne Looper (Barbara) of Ridgeway; three daughters, Jackie Payne (Tal) of Great Falls, Cathy Haynes (Charles) of Lexington and Gail Vincent (Barry) of Lancaster; 14 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; 10 great-great grandchildren; and one sister, Gerry Porter of Gilbert.Mrs. Looper was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Looper; a son, Tommy Looper; and nine brothers, C.B., Excel, Basil, J.B., Wylie “Junior”, Ray, Kent, Roger and Frank Trotter.
