Miss. Kimberly Susan Carter, 54, died Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at her home. A service will be announced at a later date. Miss. Carter was born June 21, 1966 in York County and was a daughter of Douglas Carter and Glenda Gibson Gainey and her stepfather Charles Gainey. She attended the schools of Great Falls and was previously employed as a landscape assistant. In addition to her parents and step-father she is survived by two sisters, Shelia Young of Junction City , Ark and Tera Miners of Winnsboro, SC , one niece, Dawn Neely of Great Falls, SC ; one nephew D.J.
