Great Falls Mrs. Laurie Belle Branham Lathan, 75, died Sunday, January 23, 2011 at Springs Memorial Hospital in Lancaster, SC.The funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at Great Falls Pentacostal Holiness Church with Rev. Roger Knight and Rev. LeGrande Taylor officiating.Interment will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.The family will receive friends from 12:00 - 1:00 PM on Wednesday at Great Falls Pentacostal Holiness Church. Mrs, Lathan was born on December 15, 1935 in Winnsboro, SC and was a daughter of the late Ernest Tillman Branham and Daisy Belle Haygood Branham.She graduated from the schools of Winnsboro, was a homemaker, and a member of Great Falls Pentacostal Holiness Church. She is survived by her husband, Carl "Pete" Lathan; twos sons, Richard Carl "Rick" Lathan and his wife Robin of Brevard, NC and Gerald "Cotton" Lathan and his wife Simone of Georgetown, SC; two daughters, Janice Lathan Massey and her fiance Danny of Georgetown, SC and Joyce Lathan Campbell and her husband Johnny of Great Falls; Michael Dean "Sleepy" Richardson of Sims, Tx. whom she raised; twelve grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
