Great Falls Mrs. Lila Gail Wilson Dixon, died Thursday, May 2, 2013, at her home.A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, May 6, 2013 at Mitford Baptist Church with Rev. Marty Roberts officiating.Interment will be private. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM on Monday, May 6, at Mitford Baptist Church, 467 Forest Lakes Cr., Great Falls, SC and other times at thehome at 294 Edwards Cr., Great Falls, SC. Mrs. Dixon was born March 20, 1943 in Chester County, SC and was a daughter of the late James E. Wilson and Mary Lou Osborne Wilson and the widow of William D. Dixon.She attended the schools ofGreat Falls and was formerly employed at J.P. Stevens Co. and Cinderella Knitting Mills. Mrs. Dixon was a member of Mitford Baptist Church. She is survived by two daughters, Nancy Jones and husband Gary of Great Falls and Lynn Bailey and husband Marvin of Lancaster; three grandsons, Daniel Jones, Will Jones, and Kenny Bailey; one brother, Jimmy Wilson and wife Trudy of Great Falls; two sisters, Emmie Lewis and husband Jimmy of Blair and Wanda Capps and husband Charles of Great Falls.She was preceded in death by a son, Marty Dixonand a sister, Kathy Lewis.
