Great Falls Mrs. Lillie Walsh Scott, 92, formerly of Chester Avenue in Great Falls, died Friday, March 12, 2010 at Providence Hospital in Columbia, SC.Funeral services will be held Sunday, March 14, 2010 at 3:00 PM at Bethesda United Methodist Church, Hwy. 200, Great Falls, SC with Rev. Cora Campbell officiating.Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Born August 19, 1917 in Swansea, SC, Mrs. Scott was a daughter of the late Charles and Lula Craft Walsh and the widower of Walter Scott, Jr.She received her education at the Mount Zion Institute in Winnsboro, SC and was retired from J.P. Stevens Co. where she worked as a cloth inspector.She was a member of Bethesda United Methodist Church. She is survived by one son, Charles W. Scott and wife, Sonya of Knoxville, Tn.; two daughters, Mary Kathryn Sanders and husband, Mike of Blackstock, SC and Elizabeth Ann Scott of Clinton, SC; one sister, Ruth McSweeney of Charleston, SC; four grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles Edgar Walsh and Otis Walsh.
