Lloyd Gail Stewart

Ridgeway: Mr. Lloyd Gail Stewart, 77, died Saturday, January 23, 2016 at his home. A funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday,January 26, 2016 at Lake Wateree Baptist Church, Ridgeway, SC with Reverend Mike Pelham officiating. The family will receive friends in the sanctuary of the church also Tuesday from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Interment will be held in the church cemetery. Mr. Stewart was born in Dunn, NC on October 23, 1938. He was a son of the late Melvin Stewart and Beulah (Ivey) Stewart and the widower of Marjorie (Jernigan) Stewart. Mr. Stewart attended the schools of Dunn, NC, was retired from Frito-Lay as a truck driver and was a member of Lake Wateree Baptist Church. He is survived by one son, Edward Stewart (Jen) of Greensbriar, Arkansas; one grandson, Andrew Stewart (Sarah) of College Station, TX; one granddaughter, Nicki Ward (Cliff) of Wallace, TX; two great-grandsons, Liam and Noah Stewart both of College Station, TX; two brothers, Lawrence Stewart of Fort Mill, SC and Larry Stewart (Debra) of Dunn, NC and three sisters, Lois Ammonsand Vickie Goodson (George) both of Dunn, NC and Kay Wilson (Harold) of Rock Hill, SC. Mr. Stewart was preceded in death by two brothers, Corbett and Ronnie Stewart and two sisters, Carolyn Stewart and Betty Younts.
