Mack Ira Hinson

Great Falls Mr. Mack Ira Hinson, 83, died Sunday, June 1, 2014, at Springs Memorial Hospital.A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, June 8, 2014, at Mitford Baptist Church with Rev. Marty Roberts officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the church. Mr. Hinson was born August 8, 1930 in Lancaster, SC and was a son of the late Arthur Mack Hinson and Gladys Stroud Hinson.He attended the schools of Lancaster County, SC and owned and operated Master Service Heating & Air. Mr. Hinson was a member of Bio Gift Anatomical, Inc. and donated his body to medical science.He loved hunting and fishing and was a member of the NRA. He is survived by five children, Ronald Mack “Ronnie” Hinson of Heath Springs, Donald Ira “Donnie” Hinson (Ann) of Heath Springs, Shirley Maxcine Varnadore of Great Falls, Benjamin Hinson of Great Falls, and Timothy Hinson of Great Falls; eleven grandchildren, Ron, Jill, Julie, Rachel, John Michael, Trish, Ben, Amber, Trenton, Seth and Tee; thirty-three great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; four brothers, Wade Hinson of Aiken, Hamp Hinson (Birtie) of Lancaster, Lee Hinson (Rudy) of Moore, and James Hinson (Clara) of Great Falls; and two sisters, Anetta Hinson of Lexington, Georgia and Hattie Polston (James) of Heath Springs.Mr. Hinson was preceded in death by his wife, Lois Servinia Hinson and two brothers, W.F.
