Great Falls Mrs. Margaret Weir Revels “Peggy”, 77, died on Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at Rock Hill Post-Acute Care Center.A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, September 12, 2016 at Hopewell ARP Church with Rev. Jeff Grubbs officiating.The family will receive friends following the service in the Social Hall of Hopewell ARP Church. Born March 29, 1939, Mrs. Revels was a daughter of the late Lawrence S. Weir “EEL” and Stuart Ann Atkinson Weir.She was a graduate of Great Falls High School and Erskine College.Mrs. Revels was a former school teacher at Great Falls schools. She is survived by two sons, David Revels (Patricia) of Greenville, SC and Mike Revels (Lisa) of Great Falls, SC; four grandchildren; two great grandchildren; one brother, Sam Weir (Fran) of Shelby, SC; and two sisters, Linda Giltner (Joe) Chesney, SC and Martha Stevenson (Mike) of Great Falls, SC.
