Great Falls Mrs. Margie Williams Blackmon, age 76, of Great Falls, SC died Tuesday, December 15, 2009 at Springs Memorial Hospital in Lancaster, SC.Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM, Friday, December 18, 2009 at Second Baptist Church of Great Falls with Rev. Dale Walters and Rev. Tommy Howell officiating.Interment will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery, Great Falls, SC. Born April 3, 1933, Mrs. Blackmon was a daughter of the late George C. and Lois Rawls Williams.She attended the schools of Great Falls and was retired from J.P. Stevens Co. where she was employed as a spooler tender.She was a member of Second Baptist Church of Great Falls.She is survived by her husband, William T. Blackmon, Sr.; one son, William T. Blackmon, Jr. of Great Falls; two daughters, Evelyn Blackmon of Chapin, SC and Becky Blackmon of Great Falls; one sister, Lucille Baker of Chester, SC The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 2:45 PM on Friday, December 18 at Second Baptist Church, 40 Center St., Great Falls, SC.
