Richburg Mr. Marion Harvey Morrison, 85, died Saturday, February 2, 2019, at Lancaster Convalescent Center.A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, February 6, 2019, at the home of Marty Morrison with Rev. Dr. Marty Roberts officiating.Interment will be private. Mr. Morrison was born March 6, 1933 in Chester county, SC and was a son of the late Marion Samuel Morrison and Evelyn Crouch Morrison.He attended the schools of Chester county, SC and was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served during the Korean War.Mr. Morrison was owner and operator of Harvey’s Wrecker & Road Service.He was a man of many talents. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Elizabeth B. Morrison; three sons, David Morrison, Marty Morrison and Gerald Morrison (Kay) all of Richburg; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; four brothers, Wylie Morrison of Richburg, Frank Morrison and Richard Morrison both of Chester and Vance Morrison of Rich burg; two sisters, Eunice Brown of Savannah and Katie Reeves of Great Falls; and numerous nieces and nephews.Mr. Morrison was preceded in death by a son, Marion Randy Morrison.
