Great Falls Mrs. Marjorie Hoke Robinson, 86, of Great Falls died Sunday, May 16, 2010.Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at Trinity Baptist Church in Great Falls with Rev. Patrick Blackmon officiating.Interment will follow at 4:00 PM at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Lincolnton, NC. Born May 21, 1923 in Denver, NC, Mrs. Robinson was a daughter of the late Claude and Ollie Wilkinson Hoke and the widow of James E. Robinson.She was a graduate of Rock Springs High School in Denver, NC and attended USC-Lancaster.She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church where she was an active member of the choir.She was a member of the Great Falls Chapter of Eastern Star #211.Mrs. Robinson was employed as a secretary for Hoke Lumber Company for many years and also worked as a manager for Eagles 5 & 10 Cent store in Great Falls. Surviving family members include Sue Laney, Charles and Shannon Laney, Jana DeHart, Daris and Angie Laney, and many beloved nieces, nephews and friends.Mrs. Robinson was the last of thirteen children. The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 PM on Tuesday, May 18, 2010 at Dantzler-Baker Funeral Home, 26 Underwood Ave., Great Falls, SC. Memorials may be made to Trinity Baptist Church, P.O.
