Ridgeway, SC: Mrs. Marjorie Jernigan Stewart, 74, died Saturday, April 11, 2015 at her home.The funeral service will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at Lake Wateree Baptist Church with Rev. Ron Gregory and Rev. Roy Arnold officiating.The interment will be in Wateree Baptist Church Cemetery.The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 PM Tuesday, April 14, 2015 in the sanctuary of the church. Born February 17, 1941 in Coats, NC, Mrs. Stewart was the daughter of the late Harvey and Bessie (Jernigan) Jernigan.She was a graduate of Coats Consolidated High School, Coats, NC.She was a homemaker and a member of Lake Wateree Baptist Church. Mrs. Stewart is survived by her husband of over fifty-four years, Lloyd G. Stewart; one son, Edward Stewart of Greensboro, AK; two grandchildren, Nicky Ward and Andy Stewart both of Texas; great grandson, Liam Stewart of Texas and two sisters, Irene Guy of Cary, NC and Ethel Poole of Coats, NC. Memorials may be made to Lake Wateree Baptist Church, 5856 River Road, Ridgeway, SC 29130.
