Great Falls Mrs. Mary Ford Cauthen, 92, passed away at her home on Thursday, April 13, 2017.Funeral services will beheld at 2:00 PM on Monday, April 17, 2017, at Bethesda United Methodist Church with Rev. Mike Catoe officiating.Interment will follow in the church cemetery.The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Sunday, April 16, at Dantzler-Baker Funeral Home, 26 Underwood Ave., Great Falls, Sc. Mrs. Cauthen was born April 26, 1924 inGreat Falls, SC and was a daughter of the late Harvey and Maggie Ford.She was a native of the Mitford community of Great Falls and a graduate of Great Falls High School.She was an active member of Bethesda united Methodist Church and the Great Falls Senior Citizens Group.Mrs. Cauthen loved cooking for her family and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is survived by three daughters, Martha C. Gribble (Steve) of Fort Mill, SC, Margaret C. Burwell (Jack) of Mt. Pleasant, SC and Nancy C. Marshall (Clifford) of Lancaster, SC; five grandchildren, Russ Gribble, Margaret Gribble, Frank Burwell, Martha Burwell and Meredith Burwell; two great grandchildren, Mali Gribble and Charlee Rae Gribble.Mrs. Cauthen was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin Cauthen.
