Mrs. McKenzie was born August 17, 1948 in Chester County, SC and was adaughter of the late Cecil Bowers and Louise Gardner Bowers Broome.She was a graduate of Great Falls High School and Palmer College in Columbia, SC,and was employed with Chester Metropolitan District as Head Financial Clerk.Mrs. McKenzie was a member of Mt. Dearborn United Methodist Church. Sheis survived by her husband, James R. “Bubba”McKenzie; one son, James “ Jamie” McKenzie, Jr, of the home.
