Michael Wayne Mahaffee

Great Falls Mr. Michael Wayne Mahaffee, 71, died Thursday, March 3, 2022 at Prisma Health Richland. A memorial service will be held at 12:00 Noon Saturday, April 2, 2022 at Trinity Baptist Church with Rev. Chase Catlege officiating.The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon at the church. He was born February 12, 1951 in Lancaster, SC and was a son of the late Johnny Boyd Mahaffee and Gladys Cousins Mahaffee. He was a graduate of Great Falls High School and attended Clemson University. He was an asphalt inspector for SCDOT. Mike was a member of Trinity Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife Ann Lewis Mahaffee; his children, Alton Mahaffee (Tamra) of Lancaster, SC, Carla Mahaffee of Wilmington, NC, and their mother Dianne; Marya Gilliam of Clinton, SC and Ann Haro (Tony) of Simpsonville, SC; his grandchildren, Austin, Avery, Garrett, Michael, Daniel, Kodie, Kurrie, Madison and Alyssa; four great-grandchildren, Roman, RobbieLilly and Liam;and one sister, Janice Mahaffee. He was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Mahaffee and a nephew, Dwain Mahaffee.
