Mildred Elizabeth Wolford Leggett

Mrs. Mildred Elizabeth Wolford Leggett, 81, died Monday, June 23, 2025 at her home. All services will be held in Mississippi.

Mrs. Leggett was born August 24, 1943 in Woodman KY and was the daughter of the late Claude Wolford and Edna Sipple Wolford. She was a graduate of Matawan High School in Matawan WV and was a homemaker.

She is survived by two sons, Michael Leggett and Darrell Leggett both of Fort Lawn, SC; one grandson Michael Leggett of Baltimore, Md.; one sister Judy Whorton of Rixeyville, VA; several nieces and nephews and her fur baby "Dixie".  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband George Lane Leggett, one son, Gregory Leggett: five brothers and two sisters.
