Lancaster, SC Mrs. Peggy L. Rogers, 73, of 5020 Stacks Road died Sunday, September 13, 2009 at the Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House in Rock Hill. The funeral service will be Wednesday, 4:00 PM at Second Baptist Church with Rev. Tommy Howell and Rev. Dale Walters officiating. Interment will be in Greenlawn Cemetery. Born September 5, 1936 in Clarksville, TN, Mrs. Rogers was the daughter of the late Clyde F. and Katie Harris Steeley. She attended the schools of Clarksville, TN and was retired from Talley Sportswear in Lancaster, SC. She was a member of Second Baptist Church of Great Falls. She is survived by one son, Arnold Smith of Great Falls; two daughters, Patsy Smith Crawford of Palmyra, TN and Annette Smith Adams of Lancaster, SC; seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren; four brothers, Jimmy Steely of Guthrie, TN; Tommy Steely of Clarksville, TN, Gene Steely of Guthrie, TN, Terry Steely of Lancaster, SC; four sisters, Altimae Taylor of Guthrie, TN, Sarah Spears of Adams, TN, Evelyn Holt of Bumpus Milk, TN and Marianne Woodford of Indianapolis, IN. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Tuesday evening at Dantzler-Baker Funeral Home, 26 Underwood Avenue, Great Falls, SC 29055. Memorials may be made to Second Baptist Church, P.O.
